Jerry is a recognized human resources expert and labor relations expert. He has extensive experience as a negotiator, an analyst and an advisor, and he has served as chief negotiator for more than 100 different labor agreements in the airline, railroad and manufacturing industries. In addition, he has been the chief negotiator in the elevator construction industry’s last three rounds of multi-employer bargaining, representing that industry’s four largest companies.
Valesca brings more than 11 years of experience in labor relations and human resources operations. She works with organizations to develop fundamental labor relations strategies, manage turnover and retention, and improve the quality and caliber of human resources operations in a constantly evolving workplace of multi-dimensional issues and complex initiatives.
Alina works with rail, airline and other industry clients to provide strategic advice, human resources and negotiations support. She has human resources and executive search experience within the accounting and finance industry.
Yulanda brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources policy development and compliance, benefits design and implementation, recruiting strategies and placement, and corporate learning and development.
Maria works with clients’ human resources department to make the transition to our team’s FMLA program seamless. The Absence Management team uses a proprietary software system to manage Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) absences for diverse clients and industries, including airlines, customer service call centers, oil and gas refineries, and insurance and securities firms.
Dave assists and advises clients in different industries on their labor relations and personnel policies, with a primary focus on contract analysis and interpretation. In particular, he performs labor relations-related services for the management of numerous major, national, regional, charter, cargo and international airlines.
