Todd Jewett is an Analyst for F&H Solutions Group LLC. He builds financial models, costs out proposals and labor contracts, and conducts analysis and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements. Todd is a member of negotiating committees and is active in grievance and arbitration matters.

Todd joined F&H Solutions Group after spending nearly 20 years working for US Airways and its predecessor companies. He began working in ground operations for Piedmont Airlines. After Piedmont’s acquisition by US Airways, Todd spent 10 years in the Finance department where he held a variety of positions and duties that began with compiling and filing of DOT Form 41 data. He was also accountable for industry analysis comparing US Airways performance to other domestic carriers. He served as the Divisional Controller where he was responsible for the headcount, capital spending, operating budget, and monthly expense reporting for all administrative areas of the company. Todd spent his last two years in Finance as the Manager of Operating Budgets where he was in charge of producing the Annual Operating Budget, the monthly variance reporting, and the weekly operating forecast. In 2001, he became the Manager of Crew Planning and Analysis. He was responsible for both the short and long-term staffing plans of the airline’s pilots and flight attendants. In January 2003, Todd accepted the position of Manager - Labor Relations, Flight Operations. He has since been involved with the negotiation and implementation of the ALPA collective bargaining agreements.

Todd has a B.S. degree from Ashland University and a M.B.A from George Mason University.
