The Labor Relations Association of Passenger Railroad (LRAPR) comprises chief labor relations officers from commuter and passenger railroads nationwide.
FH Solutions Group (FHSG) founded the Labor Relations Association of Passenger Railroad (LRAPR) to allow collaboration among chief labor relations officers from commuter and passenger railroads about essential issues within the railroad industry.
LRAPR meets quarterly, where guest speakers are invited to discuss timely issues such as absenteeism, health care, pandemics, staffing shortages, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) compliance, the impact of social media on negotiations and ratification, the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), and more.
