F&H Solutions Group Celebrates 25 Years of Human Resources and Labor Relations Consulting
Human resources and labor relations firm continues to grow since its establishment in 1989.
F&H Solutions Group (FHSG), a national human resources and labor relations consulting firm, is excited to announce that this week marks an important milestone for the firm.
Twenty-five years ago, F&H Solutions Group began as an idea from an aspiring entrepreneur, Jerry Glass, who saw a void in the marketplace. He started the business from his home in suburban Washington, DC. Now, more than 250 clients later, F&H Solutions Group has grown into a highly regarded national human resources and labor relations firm with offices in multiple locations offering many different products and services. The firm represents some of the most well-known companies in the United States and around the world.
F&H Solutions Group is celebrating the 25th anniversary, remembering significant milestones along the way:
1989 – J.Glass & Associates was founded.
1994 – J.Glass & Associates was acquired by FordHarrison, starting a great relationship with the nationally recognized employment law firm.
2005 – J. Glass & Associates was rebranded as F&H Solutions Group.
2007 – F&H Solutions Group became a separate corporate entity but remains affiliated with FordHarrison.
2013 – F&H Solutions Group merged with another entrepreneurial company, Performancepoint LLC, started by Brad Federman, to expand its human resources services to include employee engagement and performance management products, services and training.
F&H Solutions Group has grown considerably since its establishment in 1989. The firm has expanded to provide a variety of products and services in these areas:
